Fortune
Academy, Inc. is one of the leading providers of career education and

offers pre-license courses and mandatory continuing education courses
throughout the state. The school also offers designations and certification
in Buyer Representation (ABR), Selling-in-Cyberspace (RECS), Real Estate
Professional Society (AREP and CREP), Professional Assistant (REPA),
Appraisal, Home inspection and provides in-house training for some of
the leading real estate companies throughout South Carolina.
Terri
has an extensive background in advertising and has
been active in real estate since 1990. She consistently
is a multi-million dollar producer and is very knowledgeable
in residential real estate and new home development.
She holds the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential
Specialists) designation along with the GRI (Graduate
of Real Estate Institute).
Ala
has been active in Real Estate since 1998, working
as a member of a top producing team. Before starting
a career in Real Estate she worked for the Lamar Outdoor
Advertising agency as a graphic artist. She was born
in the Republic of Georgia and came to the United
States at age 15. Ala attended Clemson University.
She is co-owner of Fortune Academy in Anderson.
Mike
is retired from the Navy where he began his instructor
career. Licensed in real estate since 1985 (Virginia
and North Carolina) and Graduate of the Realtors Institute
(GRI). Real estate adjunct instructor for City Colleges
of Chicago European division while stationed in Azores.
Moved to South Carolina, attained instructor certification
and was Broker-in-Charge for a short period of time.
Presently a Realtor with a local company, pursuing
certification in the field of real estate appraisal
and teaching classes for the Fortune Academy of Real
Estate in Anderson.

years experience in real estate appraisal. Employed
by Anderson County as real estate appraiser for 25
years. Have been a nationally certified senior instructor
for the International Association of Assessing Officers
(IAAO) for 18 years and have instructed appraisal
classes in over 15 states. State Certified Residential
Real Estate Appraiser since 1992. State Real Estate
Appraiser’s Broad approved instructor for L-1,
L-2, and CR classes.
Have
the following professional designations:
GRI—Graduate of the Realtors Institute,
conferred by the SC Association of Realtors.
RES—Residential
Evaluation Specialist, conferred by the International
Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).
CAE—Certified
Assessment Evaluator, conferred by the International

I am so excited about being an instructor at Fortune Academy. I have a working knowledge of the real estate market, as well as, my ABR & GRI Accreditation. I am also, licensed real estate practitioner in Georgia and South Carolina. I am dedicated to the students at Fortune Academy, from the time they enter the academy, until to the day they take their State exam.
